A Beverage Production Manager at Swire Coca-Cola is responsible for managing a team of professionals, including production supervisors, quality control supervisors and plant operators

As Swire Coca-Cola Plant Manager, your core responsibility will be leading all plant operations. You must have an in-depth understanding of safety measures, mechanical efficiency, service quality, and cost efficiencies. Your role requires exceptional leadership skills to drive your team to optimal performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• It is crucial that all employees are adequately trained in safety protocols and that all necessary equipment and safety measures are in place to minimize the risk of accidents or injury
• Comply with quality mandates, environmental policies, safety regulations, and legal obligations to abide by industry-specific guidelines
• Invest in new and emerging technologies that can improve production, quality, safety, maintenance, and environmental performance, and promote their use among employees
• By regularly tracking and analyzing performance metrics, you can make data-driven decisions that will help your business grow and succeed
• Proper coordination of maintenance activities ensures that equipment remains operational and downtime is minimized
• Foster the growth and training of workers, ensuring that the appropriate number of personnel is available
• Regular audits and reviews of the plant's budget can provide insights into where cost savings can be achieved in the long run
• In order to maintain workplace safety and compliance, it is crucial to implement regular safety audits and training
• Pursuing Disciplinary Action Strategically: Disciplinary action should be viewed as a tool that promotes a healthy, safe work environment and reinforces a culture of accountability, rather than a punitive measure

Requirements

• With more than a decade of expertise in beverage production, warehouse operations, and managerial roles, I have gained a solid understanding of the industry and its unique requirements
• A strong preference is given to candidates with bilingual abilities in Spanish
• Experience in launching and managing greenfield manufacturing units would be considered a significant advantage
• Knowledge of the compliance standards associated with ISO Management Systems, food safety and Coca-Cola KORE is an essential component of ensuring quality control and minimizing the potential for costly errors
• By implementing strict safety protocols and meeting regulatory standards, organizations can ensure compliance and avoid facing legal consequences
• In today's fast-paced world, individuals who have strong analytical skills can easily identify and solve problems quickly

Compensation

The salary package for the position will be within the range of $138,006 to $181,133 and will be supplemented with bonuses, determinate by the candidate's qualifications and position specifications.
