Lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to drive efficiency and cost savings throughout the supply chain.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact supply chain operations, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.

Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, and streamlining.
