Job Summary
We are a fast-growing global beverage/catering brand expanding rapidly across the US West Coast. We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee our West Coast supply chain network.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our China headquarters and US local operations, focusing heavily on end-to-end import logistics, customs clearance coordination, warehouse management, and last-mile delivery to our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery: Track and manage international shipments (ocean/air freight) from China/overseas to the US West Coast; coordinate customs clearance, quality inspections, and regional distribution to frontline stores and front warehouses.
- Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Monitor stock turnover, inventory levels, shortage rates, and waste across West Coast warehouses and stores; generate regular analytical reports.
- Local Sourcing & Vendor Management: Develop and manage local suppliers in the West Coast (e.g., dairy, fresh fruits, syrups, packaging) ensuring alignment with industry freshness and food safety standards.
- Demand Planning & Budgeting: Oversee demand forecasting, procurement scheduling, and inventory management for raw materials, packaging, and store equipment. Execute cost-reduction initiatives aligned with the regional budget.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience in the food & beverage (F&B), tea/coffee, restaurant, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail industry.
- Languages: Fluent in bilingual Mandarin and English (Required). Must be able to communicate seamlessly with the China HQ and local US teams daily.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Green Card, Citizen, or stable work authorization). No sponsorship provided.
- Skills: Hands-on attitude, strong problem-solving skills for handling last-mile logistics issues, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
