• Past experience in similar positions is a plusResponsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing, shipping, and documenting Cruz Foam Samples and Prototype samples.
• Communicate closely with Account Manager to update sample tracking information and provide shipping status updates to customers.
• Responsible for updating shipping/handling records.
• Drop off customer samples at UPS, USPS, and Fedex.
• Coordinate most cost-effective means to ship freight within expected requirements.
• Manage shipping and material supplies, including foam inventory.
• May occasionally assist with prototype/customer sample creation and one-off datasheet management tasks.
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.We are looking for people who have:
• High school/GED, Bachelors or Associate degree or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others and work well with deadlines.
