As a Warehouse Operations Clerk, you will contribute to Capstone Logistics’ goal of maintaining well-organized, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations that support timely product movement and dependable order processing.

Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will support daily warehouse activities by organizing inventory, maintaining records, and assisting with the handling of goods throughout the facility. You will play a key role in accurate inventory control and smooth order fulfillment. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, review, and confirm incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality requirements are met.
• Track inventory levels and update stock data within warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Organize and store products safely and efficiently to support overall warehouse operations.
• Assist with picking and packing orders, ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging.
• Prepare and label outgoing shipments according to client guidelines and scheduled delivery timelines.
• Perform routine inventory checks to identify inconsistencies and address issues quickly.
• Support safe and clean warehouse procedures by following established operational standards.
• Partner with warehouse teams to improve workflow efficiency and resolve logistical challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete physical warehouse tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using warehouse management software (WMS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with automated warehouse systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with scanning or tracking tools such as RFID or barcode systems.
