4 years: of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.

Customer Logistics Manager II Job Profile Summary
Manages customer logistics solutions from development through implementation, collaborating with Solutions, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and customers to ensure optimized shipping networks. Balances analysis, customer engagement, and operational planning to deliver cost-effective and high-service solutions.
Bachelor’s degree: in business, Engineering, or related field (or years of experience in lieu of a degree).
6 years: of experience in the transportation industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree: in business, Engineering, or related field (or years of experience in lieu of a degree).

6 years: of experience in the transportation industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
