Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Train, Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue management and profitability while controlling costs
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team
- Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring outstanding customer service at all touchpoints
- Manage budgeting processes, financial reporting, and inventory control to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all areas of operation
- Oversee night audit procedures and coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth overnight operations
- Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette to enhance guest communication
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement
Compenstation

Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in revenue management within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in human resources management and team supervision
- Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, and resort services
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest communication protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Previous experience working in a resort setting is a plus but not required

Pay: $77,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
