Facility Operations & Asset Management
- Maintain exceptional club cleanliness standards and ensure the facility consistently reflects the company's commitment to member experience and operational excellence.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking usage trends, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular audits of supplies, equipment, and operational assets to ensure accountability and minimize waste.
- Manage bi-weekly supply ordering and vendor coordination to maintain appropriate inventory levels while controlling costs and supporting operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement systems to forecast supply needs based on membership volume, seasonal trends, and club activity.
- Ensure all equipment, amenities, and facility areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and fully operational condition.
- Lead by example in maintaining club cleanliness by performing and delegating light cleaning responsibilities at opening and closing, ensuring the facility consistently meets company standards for presentation, sanitation, and member experience.
