- Collaborate with the Above Restaurant Leader to develop a comprehensive business plan for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Appraise employee performance and manage promotions and terminations accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled crew aimed at achieving restaurant objectives.
- Supervise business records to manage inventory and document sales effectively.
- Work across various shifts or perform any operational tasks as needed to ensure efficiency.
- Handle cash management duties, including balancing drawers and making bank deposits.
