General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume quick service restaurant. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing restaurant performance, developing strong teams, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in quick service or fast casual restaurant operations and understands how to lead high-volume teams while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
• Drive sales growth and overall restaurant profitability
• Manage labor, scheduling, food costs, and inventory controls
• Maintain high standards for speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvement plans
• Maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards
• Create a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in quick service or fast casual restaurants required
• Strong high-volume restaurant background preferred
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong understanding of labor management, P&L, and operational controls
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
