As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will be the backbone of the restaurant, overseeing daily operations and leading a team to success. Your role encompasses sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
In this role, you will
- Boost Profitability: Own the restaurant's P&L by analyzing financial metrics, managing costs, and driving sales through smart business decisions.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Lead your team in providing outstanding service, promptly addressing customer concerns, leveraging feedback to improve services, and engaging with the community through local marketing efforts.
- Cultivate Your Team: Be responsible for the hiring, training, coaching, and development of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
- Streamline Operations: Ensure effective management of labor and resources while upholding brand standards and offering hands-on support when necessary.
What We Are Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant leadership role with operational or financial responsibilities.
- Strong people-oriented leadership skills with excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze situations, make sound decisions and solve complex problems.
- Dedication to guest satisfaction, adherence to Burger King® standards, and fostering a high-performance work culture.
