We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the roles of General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Kitchen Manager within our vibrant restaurant operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant functions, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, culinary expertise, and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, managing food quality and safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Supervise inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing, reporting, and reconciliation
- Handle cash management responsibilities including cash handling, balancing registers, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Support catering events, banquet services, or special functions to expand revenue streams
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that balance creativity with operational efficiency
Skills
- Extensive experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments
- Proven supervisory experience with team management and staff training capabilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary standards
- Proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control effectively
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work culture
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as budgeting, shift management, and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and health regulations across diverse food industry settings
- Experience in hospitality management including hotel or catering environments is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills for interviewing candidates and delivering staff training
