How you make a difference
The Area Operations Manager provides guidance to support, coach, and assist the operational management team with daily management tasks and client reporting. The role contributes to achieving operational goals and helps develop site‑level policies and procedures. It ensures compliance with required accreditation standards such as ACA, NCCHC, AAAHC, and applicable state requirements.
The position also supports nursing and operational processes across assigned sites. The Area Operations Manager may serve in facility leadership roles for extended periods when needed.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Registered Nurse license in state of employment preferred.
