As the Center Store Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by efficiently managing operations and merchandising functions for the Center Store Department.

Position Overview

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of Center Store products and conditions to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily center store operations to ensure efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining inventory and product conditions to boost performance.
• Leading, training, and developing a team of center store associates.
• Optimizing store productivity and overall performance.
• Maintaining compliance with safety, hazardous materials, and food safety regulations.

Pay Range

$31.21 - $34.65 per hour

Qualifications

• Education: Two-year college degree or equivalent knowledge through formal education, specialized training, or experience.
• Experience: Completion of Assistant Center Store Manager rotation, two years of equivalent management experience, or current role as Bakery, Meat, or Produce Department Manager.
• Other: Must be available to work a variety of retail hours; forklift certification required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing and physical movement, as well as the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
