Our law firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and support firm leadership in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and workflow
- Supervise administrative and support staff
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, PTO, and office coverage
- Manage staff performance, coaching, and training
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Coordinate office resources, vendors, supplies, and facility needs
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and operational efficiency
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, billing coordination, and office-related financial processes
- Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure systems and office functions run effectively
- Handle confidential personnel and office matters with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Associate degree with 2+ years of office management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior supervisory or team management experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and office management systems preferred
