As the Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing total store operations
• Maximizing sales and profitability
• Ensuring excellent Guest Services
• Controlling expenses effectively
• Managing shrink and inventory control
• Leading staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store

Our ideal candidate is at least 21 years old, possesses prior retail management experience, and has a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing/walking for 8 hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
