As a Regional Operations Manager at Heytea, you will be responsible for overseeing andmanaging the operations of multiple stores within a designated region. Responsibilities：Operational LeadershipOversee the overall operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures to optimize store performance.

Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and food quality regulations.

Team ManagementRecruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to build a high-performing team.

Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and results-driven work culture.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Financial ManagementDevelop and manage budgets for each store, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Monitor customer feedback and proactively address concerns.
