The Branch Operations Associate Manager (Loan Originator) role, located within Wells Fargo's Consumer Banking and Lending division, is a pivotal position within the National Branch Network. This role focuses on leading and supervising branch teller operations, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

As a leader in branch operations, the Associate Manager will provide guidance to teller teams, manage daily operations, and foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.
