About the Position

Golden Management Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable On-Site Property Manager to join our team in Bakersfield, California!

This role is excellent opportunity for someone interested in building or continuing a career in property management. As an On-site Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for current residents and prospective tenants. The position is part time and includes on-site residency, allowing you to provide responsive and professional assistance with tenant needs and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring all units and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Collect rent and manage tenant accounts accurately and responsibly.
• Advertise and market available units to prospective tenants.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquires and address any issues with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor work to meet property standards.
• Maintain accurate records and report regularly on financial and operational performance.
• Promote a respectful, positive, and professional community environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.(Property Management experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact.
• cash handling experience required.
• Knowledge of property management principles, rules, and regulations preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
• Ability to relocate to the property(on-site residency required).
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
