Property Manager

We have a property management position available.

Property Management Experience is a must. Familiar with the city of Bakersfield.

Experience with Appfolio is required. Spanish speaking is a plus. Real Estate license is a plus.

Monday - Friday

Property Management experience is required.

This a Full-time position.

Duties may include but not limited to: marketing, answering phones, organizing, filing, scheduling, invoicing, creating notices, e-mailing, maintenance coordinating, Possible basic repairs on some maintenance requests.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office, advertising/marketing, and the use of social media.
