Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. Duties
- Assist the Property Manager in the management of a residential property, including overseeing the maintenance of common areas, managing the budget, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate the administration of the property, including data entry, preparing reports, and managing the property's database.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents.
- Negotiate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure the property is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets the organization's standards.
- Assist with the management of Section 8 programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
