Property Management Sales

Part-Time Remote Sales (10–20 hrs/week) — Growth Opportunity

We are a growing real estate/property management team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented sales representative to support daily sales operations. This role is primarily work-from-home but requires occassional meetings with property owners during the onboarding process.

This is a long-term position with room to grow and performance-based commission bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initial onboarding calls with potential new property management owners to explain our property management benefits.
• Inputting Management agreement details
• Coordinating next steps with the Edinhart team for owner onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate records
• Scheduling and appointment coordination
• Key Exchanges
• On site support when other team members are unavailable

• Real Estate License a plus but not required
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus but not required
• Customer-service mindset when communicating with our clients, residents and potential clients

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
