Join our dynamic team as an On-Site Property Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of property operations, resident relations, and community management. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations to ensure a seamless living experience.
- Oversee property leasing activities, including conducting tours, processing applications, and executing lease agreements with attention to Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping using AppFolio and other property management software to track occupancy, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Administer legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, contracts, and lease enforcement to ensure compliance and mitigate disputes.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.
- Handle conflict management with residents or vendors professionally while promoting positive customer service experiences through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Upsell available units or services to prospective tenants while maintaining adherence to Fair Housing laws and ethical sales practices.
- Facilitate communication between residents, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to uphold community standards and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio is essential; experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, conflict resolution, negotiation, and contract management within a residential or commercial setting.
- Prior office experience involving data entry, filing, legal administrative tasks, and customer relationship management is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in handling inquiries or issues from residents or vendors.
