About the Role

As a Property Manager (formal title to be confirmed), you'll work alongside the Real Estate Manager to keep the building running smoothly — from day-to-day operations and vendor relationships to tenant experience and financial administration. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that touches every aspect of building management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating work orders with engineering, security, and janitorial teams
• Managing third-party service contracts and vendor relationships, including the bid process
• Supporting budget planning, invoice processing, and expense research
• Coordinating tenant move-ins/move-outs, appreciation events, and emergency preparedness drills
• Managing building amenities including the WiFi Lounge, Conference Room, and Fitness Center
• Maintaining tenant, vendor, and property files including lease abstracts and certificates of insurance
• Providing general administrative support including phone coverage, the building website, and conference room scheduling

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial property management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you'll be a key point of contact for tenants and vendors
• Must be willing to obtain an Illinois Real Estate Broker License
