Property Manager

We are a rapidly growing property management company in seeking a Property Manager to oversee our residential ANDERSON area. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of property management experience.

The successful candidate will be a confident and customer service focused leader, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day tenant relations: maintain personal contact with tenants, promote goodwill, provide high-quality service and anticipate and solve problems
• Implement tenant retention practices and act as a liaison between tenants and vendors
• Manage and assist in the oversight of unit turnovers and construction projects
• Regularly inspect properties to ensure property maintenance and cleanliness

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience in residential properties
• Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Appfolio Software is preferred
• The individual needs to be professional, organized, reliable, self-motivated, courteous, patient and compassionate
• BILINGUAL IN SPANISH PREFERRED
