We’re looking for a friendly, confident, customer-focused professional to run the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility in Redding, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organized, and isn’t afraid to confidently close a sale.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the primary on-site leader responsible for both customer experience and property performance.

Your responsibilities will include

• Helping customers choose the right storage solution and closing rentals
• Following up on leads and maintaining strong occupancy
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Processing payments and managing accounts
• Maintaining a clean, secure, well-run facility
• Enforcing policies with confidence and professionalism
• Tracking performance and managing records using property management software
