Job Title: Client Relations & Office Manager

We are a growing property management company serving the East Bay Area, managing a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties, including single-family homes, condos, and small multifamily buildings. Our team is committed to delivering excellent service to both tenants and property owners, starting with the first point of contact — our front desk.
The Client Relations & Office Manager is the first point of contact for our office, welcoming tenants, applicants, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and a customer-service mindset. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth office operations by answering phones, responding to general inquiries, and directing calls and visitors to the appropriate departments.
The Client Relations & Office Manager will also provide light administrative support to the property management team, helping to ensure tenants and owners receive timely service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.68 - $27.31 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
