Commercial Property Manager

Location: Metro Detroit Area

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience

Overview

The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the properties, including site management, operations, and maintenance. The Manager will also participate in the accounting and financial control of the property, as well as oversees development of ownership and corporate reporting.

The Manager will work closely with property ownership as the primary point of contact and handle regular development of tenant relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a commercial property management role
• Extensive understanding of commercial leases
• Implementation and coordination of capital improvement projects, including tenant improvements and work closely with Executive VP, Property Management & Construction on major capital projects and major tenant projects
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to generate additional revenue
