Red Oak Management Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Site Manager – Property Leasing Assistant based in Detroit, MI, serving communities throughout Metro Detroit. PAY: $18–$22 per hour
Preferred qualifications include previous experience as a leasing assistant and an understanding of Fair Housing standards.
SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position from 9 AM to 5 PM, primarily supporting properties in southern Detroit and the surrounding Metro Detroit areas.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER - PROPERTY LEASING ASSISTANT
In this role, you'll assist leasing operations across several apartment communities by answering inquiries, guiding prospective residents on tours, supporting applications and lease paperwork, and coordinating move-ins. You'll also assist site managers with administrative needs.
Your days will balance resident interaction and organizational support, giving you wide exposure to leasing operations without managing the process independently.
