Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN, for a Property Portfolio Manager. The Property Portfolio Manager will oversee a designated portfolio of residential investment properties, ensuring effective lease administration, tenant relations, and compliance with property management best practices.

Responsibilities will include managing leasing processes, coordinating property maintenance and renovations, optimizing portfolio performance, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction while advancing owners' investment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Portfolio Management and Residential Real Estate
• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret lease agreements and manage tenant relations effectively
• Familiarity with property maintenance and renovation processes
• Knowledge of housing regulations and real estate market trends; property management certifications are a plus
• Proficiency with property management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
