Property Manager- Mt. Airy

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-family communities. This individual should be self-directed, highly organized, and committed to delivering top-tier resident experiences while maintaining the operational and financial health of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and vendor oversight.
• Drive leasing performance through effective sales strategies, follow-up, touring, and closing.
• Develop and execute outreach and marketing initiatives to maintain occupancy and brand reputation.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and lease enforcement in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Utilize AppFolio for lease management, maintenance requests, and financial tracking.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, financial reports, and communication logs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in multi-family housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing regulations, and property compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in leasing, marketing, and occupancy growth.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekends, as needed
