Part-Time Leasing Agent – South Jersey (Pleasantville Area)

NJ Leasing Co. is hiring a motivated and hungry Leasing Agent to assist with apartment showings and leasing activities throughout South Jersey, with a primary focus on Pleasantville, Atlantic City, and surrounding areas.

This is a part-time, commission-based position with consistent showing opportunities and significant earning potential for someone who is driven and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment showings with prospective tenants
• Follow up with prospects after tours
• Assist applicants through the application process
• Coordinate with our operations team to move approved applicants toward lease signing
• Provide feedback on properties and market conditions
• Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Real estate license preferred but not required where legally permitted
• Available evenings and weekends is a plus

Compensation

• Commission per closed lease
• Consistent showing opportunities
• Flexible schedule
