Take an essential part in our team by managing property showings and enhancing the overall client journey. This role involves engaging directly with prospective buyers and contributing to our energetic real estate operations at 3300 N McColl Rd, McAllen. If you are enthusiastic about real estate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agents to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
