COMMISSIONS -Will get paid $10 per hour (weekends only 16 hours total per week) PLUS HIGH COMMISSIONS 1000-3000 PER DEAL.

Job Summary -NOTE- WEEKEND WORK ONLY (SATURDAY/SUNDAY) -9-5PM

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties. This role involves engaging with clients, marketing properties, and facilitating smooth real estate transactions while adhering to industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings across various channels.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal requirements during all transactions.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documentation.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and property management practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Must work with little to no supervision after being trained.
• Have high ticket sales experience

WORK ONLY WEEKENDS -(SATURDAY/SUNDAY) 9AM-5PM

Skills

• Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a focus on achieving client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate promotion.
• SPANISH MANDATORY-Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
• Familiarity with property management procedures and real estate law is advantageous.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple listings and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Previous real estate administrative experience is preferred, along with understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• CRM managing clients daily

Pay: $650.00 - $5,000.00 per month
