Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Execute milestone data migration within Lucernex.
• Update and optimize Alteryx workflows.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems.
• Participate in troubleshooting, change management, and deployment activities.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with real estate or facilities management SaaS platforms (Lucernex preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for workflow automation and data transformation.
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server (data querying and manipulation).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project implementation.
• Ability to manage tasks and drive execution independently.
