Property Manager -- Real Estate firm in West Hollywood

A boutique Real Estate firm base in West Hollywood, specializing in commercial and residential assets, seeks an experienced Property Manager. Person in this position has the opportunity to join a quickly growing, exciting company with opportunities to oversee properties in West Hollywood, West LA, DTLA, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, Long Beach, and more.

• Must have 3-4 years of Property Management Experience*

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships and provide excellent service
• Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Asses tenant requests and manage with in-house team or appropriate vendors
• Negotiate and execute contracts with tenants and vendors
• Maintain organized files and records related to property management
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Manage facilities and ensure they are well-maintained
