We flip 15+ homes per year and need two sharp negotiators to help us buy more. Your job: Qualify home sellers, sell them on our service, and buy their houses at investor pricing. We’ll teach you our process. You just bring the drive and persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Field marketing leads
• Generate leads
• Estimate home values, renovation costs, and offer prices.
• Schedule and perform in-home sales appointments
• Present, negotiate, and close offer contracts
• Build personal referral network
• Hit weekly KPI goals and yearly deal targets

Qualifications

• Sales Experience (In-Home Sales preferred)
• Sharp Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Strong, Unsupervised Work Ethic
• Fundamental Computer Knowledge

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
