We are working with a high-performing, client-focused real estate team in the Redding area that is seeking an experienced Licensed Real Estate Transaction Manager. The Transaction Manager will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional communication throughout the process.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
• Deliver a concierge-level experience to clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Coordinate closely with agents, lenders, escrow, and title partners
• Prepare, review, and track transaction documents and disclosures
• Monitor deadlines, contingencies, and timelines to ensure compliance
• Maintain organized and accurate transaction files
• Uphold established systems, processes, and operational standards
• Proactively problem-solve and anticipate needs before issues arise

Requirements/Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume real estate or administrative office environment
• Strong client-facing and customer service experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems, DocuSign, and ZipForms
• Working knowledge of escrow processes (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation and accountability
