Senior Project Manager

Construction Project Manager | $150,000-$175,000 + benefits | Redding/North Bay CARenewyx have partnered with an established general contractor specialising in core commercial construction to recruit a Project Manager based in the Redding area of Northern California.

This contractor has a consistent pipeline of commercial ground-up projects across the region and is looking for an experienced PM who can take full ownership of project delivery.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:You will manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, overseeing budget control, programme management, subcontractor procurement and performance, and client relationships from contract award through to practical completion.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience as lead PM
• Demonstrated success delivering ground-up commercial projects from $5M and above
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding, including change order management
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or comparable project management platforms
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:
• $150,000–$175,000 base salary + benefits
• Permanent position
• Redding / Northern California area
