Role Description

This position is located in Philadelphia, PA. As an Investor-Minded Real Estate Licensee at Equity Plus Real Estate, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties while adopting a strategic, investor-centered approach.

Daily responsibilities include conducting property market analyses, nurturing client relationships, managing transactions, creating investment strategies, and leveraging industry connections to uncover unique opportunities. In this role, you will also collaborate within a team to deliver exceptional real estate experiences and client success.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Pennsylvania
• Knowledge of real estate investment strategies, market analysis, and opportunity evaluation
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in managing transactions, contracts, and real estate lifecycle activities
• Proficiency in industry tools and platforms for research and property analysis
• High-level organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment
• Familiarity with the Philadelphia real estate market preferred
