Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will lead the bidding process, develop accurate project estimates, and oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scope using tools such as Bluebeam, Agtek & Procontractor.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms that align with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets including cost control measures to monitor expenses throughout the construction process.
- Manage all phases of construction projects, coordinating schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and interpret construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards while managing risk.
- Oversee site activities to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating combined with project management expertise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam for document markup and HeavyBid for estimating is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation to secure favorable terms with clients and subcontractors.
- Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into on-the-ground realities of project execution.
- Familiarity with cost control practices, pricing strategies, and overall construction management principles.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration. Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
