Senior Project Manager

AldrichVKP is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager to work out of our Central Washington Yakima Office

Serving the Pacific Northwest since 1972, AldrichVKP Construction Company is a full-service general contractor focused on the construction of health and science facilities.

The senior project manager position requires a positive, energetic, driven person to be engaged in leading project management, mentoring, and holding teams accountable. The person in this role will ensure continuity for the entirety of multiple projects as a point of contact for our clients from preconstruction through delivery into the warranty period.

This is a full-time position that necessitates, but is not limited to, the following attributes:

• 7-to-10 years’ commercial construction experience with a general contractor
• Degree (or certification) in construction management, engineering, or related field
• LEED®, Lean, ICRA, DBIA, or other industry-related credentials and certifications are a plus
• Preferred but not required experience in healthcare, life science, veterinary, and dental sectors
• Strong understanding of building systems, specifically structural and exterior envelopes
• Proficient in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost management, and procurement
• Deep understanding of project delivery types, the design process, risk management, and warranty
• Proven leader of project teams and field operations, client advocacy, and subcontractor management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, hold teams accountable, teach/mentor
• Preferred knowledge of AutoDesk, BlueBeam Revu, and job cost accounting programs
• Proficiency in using Microsoft365 including Teams, OneNote, Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Salary Range

$130 to $160k depending on experience
