As a Senior Project Manager you will

• Lead large, complex, and high-profile construction projects, taking full ownership from preconstruction through closeout while driving successful outcomes for clients and the organization
• Operate as a business leader, not just a project manager, overseeing financial performance, client relationships, risk management, staffing, and project execution
• Drive project strategy from day one, partnering on budgeting, value engineering, procurement planning, constructability reviews, and overall execution planning

Requirements of this Senior Project Manager role

• Degree in construction management or industry related degree
• 7+ years’ in a Project Manager role, with extensive medical project experience
• LEED, Lean, ICRA, DBIA or other related credentials and certifications preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, OneNote, Teams, AutoDesk and BlueBeam
• Be a natural at building relationships with owners, engineers, architects and city personnel
