Join Our Team as a Project Manager!

Are you an experienced construction professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage impactful projects? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role manages contracts, schedules, financial performance, and team coordination while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager leads project meetings, oversees multiple projects, mentors Assistant Project Managers, and drives successful, profitable project outcomes.

Education & Experience

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a construction-related discipline, or
• 5–8 years of commercial construction experience with increasing responsibility

Responsibilities

• Fully manage project execution from start to closeout
• Administer client contracts and manage subcontract terms and conditions
• Lead project scheduling, including CPM (Primavera P6) reporting
• Manage project financials, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and change management
• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control programs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role requiring mobility, strength, and endurance in a dynamic construction environment.

• Stand, walk, climb ladders/stairs, and navigate uneven terrain frequently
• Lift or move up to 50 pounds periodically
• Use hands and tools; operate electronic devices
• Visual and auditory acuity are required for job site safety and communication
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, wind, etc.)
• Work long days (8–12 hours) and travel between job sites as necessary
