We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Lead to join our growing team in Laredo. As a Project Lead, you will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and team coordination while ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Track KPIs, project performance metrics, and deliverable quality.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across project lifecycles.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management, project coordination, or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple initiatives effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
• Knowledge of risk management, process improvement, and change management practices.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
