Supports development and reporting of Kaweah Health’s Strategic Plan and provides assistance to the Senior Project Manager and Consultant.
Project Management Professional, Lean Certifications, Change Management Education
Bachelor's in business or a healthcare related field
Master's degree in business or a healthcare related field Experience
Two years' experience in project management, consulting, participating in or leading projects, process improvement work, data analytics, other business-related experience in a health care setting. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities A strategic thinker with an ability to see the big picture. Ability to engage and support cross functional teams toward a common goal.
Demonstrates self-confidence, poise and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively as part of a team, to take part in professional discussions and to liaise with Leadership, Executives, Board members and Medical Staff on a regular basis. Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving problems.
Exhibit a high level of independent judgment and initiative. Ability to identify, develop, test and implement process improvements in a variety of areas. Ability to develop and execute data analytics to support decision making. Knowledge of healthcare operations. Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and documentation.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, including effective prioritization of work efforts. Ability to work within defined project time frames and scopes of work.
