Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Project Manager to lead commercial paving and asphalt construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background in asphalt paving, scheduling, budgeting, client management, and leading field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple asphalt paving and maintenance projects simultaneously
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and material deliveries
• Track costs, change orders, and project profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance throughout project execution

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in asphalt paving, heavy civil, or site construction
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving operations and construction methods
• Experience with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
