Location: Midtown NYC (Hybrid 3 days in office)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between front-office business stakeholders and technology teams. You will lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, translating business requirements into actionable plans while partnering closely with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within financial services, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, specifically facing off with front-office and senior business leadership.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise project management tooling.
• Exposure to data, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and front-office partners.
• Lead project planning, execution, status reporting, risk management, and governance.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions across business and technical teams.
• Drive project timelines, dependencies, action items, and deliverables to completion.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and status updates.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and escalation paths.
• Ensure tight alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

This is an immediate-need contract position operating on a hybrid schedule in New York.
