Creative Project Manager

Our client, a leading medical center in Brooklyn, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to drive the execution of creative initiatives across the organization. This role is critical to delivering high-volume, complex projects and working closely with Strategy, Communications, and Web/Digital teams.

The ideal candidate is a process-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings structure, clarity, and efficiency to creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Location: Hybrid (1–2 days/week onsite in Brooklyn preferred) Type: Contract (35 hours/week) Rate: $50/hour Evaluate, recommend, and implement a project management platform to enhance workflow efficiency and team collaboration Audit existing processes and identify opportunities to optimize systems, documentation, and workflows Manage the full project lifecycle from intake through creative development, production, and final delivery Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, production artists, and external vendors Ensure high-quality execution across print, digital, and promotional materials Act as the primary point of contact for project status, proactively communicating updates, risks, and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience within a creative agency or in-house marketing/creative team (healthcare experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage multi-channel projects across print, digital, video, and social Strong experience working cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and production teams Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Nice to Have
