Who are you?
We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level. Do you know about project management best practices, establishing budgets, and innovating through construction technology? Great. Are you someone with a go-getter attitude who can assume responsibility and communicate effectively with your team, partners, and clients? Even better.
What will you do as an Assistant Project Manager? Our Assistant Project Managers are pivotal players in our Operations team, partnering with Project Managers and field staff to keep projects running smoothly from preconstruction through closeout.
You'll support the project team in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination, all while sharpening your leadership skills and learning what it takes to successfully deliver a project from start to finish.
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholdersAdvanced organizational and documentation capabilities Working knowledge of the bidding/budgeting process based on contract documentsIntermediate knowledge of profit components and billing standards Experience utilizing Procore for scheduling and overall project management, and Sage for estimating Working knowledge of building construction components and systems for conceptual budgets Exposure to and general understanding of quantity take-offs, qualification of subcontractor bids, scheduling, general conditions and any project constraints or coordination issues What's included in our Employee-First Benefits package?
